Active Play – 2 to 3 years
Warm up – Prepares the body for movement
Obstacle course – Improves climbing ability, co-ordination and balance skills
Catching balls – Develops hand/eye co-ordination
Target throwing – develops ability to release and throw a ball in pre-determined direction
Simon says – A cool down activity that calms children and allows stretching
