Mini Slot Canyons in Mississippi! : Black Creek Trail

In this video I hike From Big Creek Landing to Fairly Bridge Landing (40 miles) on the Black Creek Trail in the De Soto National Forest in south Mississippi. Black Creek Trail is the longest hiking/backpacking trail Mississippi has to offer. The hike was a roughly 2 1/2 day leisurely jaunt through beautiful magnolias, pines, hardwoods, and shrubbery along Mississippi’s only designated Wild and Scenic River, Black Creek, and it’s surrounding woods.

Coffee, I use these. Fill them with real coffee grounds and let them steep a little like a tea bag. So good! https://www.amazon.com/100pcs-Disposable-Filter-Bags-Loose/dp/B00HW1C7VK

I know this is a bit late. How much money do you think in total you would spend to do this hike? Including gear and food.

Dope railroad track (lol) I saw that cooler when I hiked there a few months ago and thought it was litter. It occured to me a few days later after seeing my video that it may have been trail magic. Love this video Mate!

If you want to rock a tent but are use to the pack size and sleeping size of a hammock, try out a bivvy or small solo tent (Snugpack makes a few)

That burnt circle could have been witchcraft. If this was so they would have burned candles and probably did a sacrifice?
